Magpies warbling, early dawn; I wake from sleep to greet the morn.
Sunlight breaks across the skies; I open a window, squinting my eyes.
The house is still, I tip toe through; Eagerly awaiting, the sky so blue.
Natures beauty, all around; Warbling songbird, the only sound.
Magpie swoops from a tree; My only companion, no-one to see.
The magpie sings his fluty song; Intently I listen, humming along.
My heart is warm, filled with love; Grateful to the Angels above.
I look to the sky and begin to pray; Blessing all who wake today.
